Automatic Spray pre-treatment is the most common system for pre-treatment and therefore recommended where the needed space is available. In large scale productions the passage system would be the best and most effective choice with up to maximum 6 meter long work pieces. The control system can be manual or automatic.
Features –
• Effective drain length.
• Vestibules for overspray and vapor.
• Tank designed for long life and easy maintenance.
• Spray risers from stainless steel.
• Nozzle and riser configuration and placement to ensure correct overall treatment.
• Correct type immersion burners to these circumstances.
• Immersion coils from materials to suit chemical.

Dip Pre-Treatment Plant –
This is a conventional pre-treatment wherein the plant cost is less and is suitable for low volume production lines. The chemicals are stored in the MS/SS fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets or cages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time. The movement of the basket or cage can be either manual; with a monorail and hoist or automatic with a transporter system.
